He is a Chartered Accountant, Cost and Management Accountant, Company Secretary and a Certified Valuer with extensive work experience in Due diligences, Secretarial compliances, FEMA compliances, Mergers and Acquisitions and Investment Advisory. He also has experience in representing the clients before NCLT and was involved in high profile structuring assignments during his career. His keen focus and interest on guiding clients on investments sought after by the clientele. He is an Independent Director on professional capacity to Tirupati Medicare Limited.
Ms. Harshitha S - ACA
She is a Chartered Accountant with an industry rich experience in Audit and Assurance services conducting Statutory, Tax Audit, Internal Audit in different sectors. She also posses experience in Secretarial Compliances, FEMA compliances and GST matters. She has good experience in IND-AS implementation and in plotting effective internal controls for the clients. Her keen focus is on helping clients on Business Valuations and in preparation of Management and Project Reports.
